Its not a bug, the longer fight last the less stars u get, so if u cant win fast(in 4-5rounds) u wont get 3 stars -
Your battle score is 1 star with multiplier of 3 stars therefore you got 3 stars...

I believe it was 5 rounds for 3, 10 for 2, 15+ for 1 star. So if you're fighting as in this case 5 hecate heroes that just contantly heal, you might not kill them fast enough. Same goes with other enemies like Astral Hunter that gives insane amount of DEF on the later stages or the centaurs that have pretty high base DEF<--- 700k+ BR Claw
