Beach Treasure Issue

I can't seem to play this event even though I have sufficient shell points. I click on refresh and I receive the screen below with only one shell showing, making it impossible to click on any others. Also, I hadn't played as yet but I already seem to have points in the points store.

click to open 1 shell even if they are shown like this . after u open 1 try closing and reopening the event...it should work it worked for me
