i have cards locked from the last run that i cannot unlock, how can i get to use these because there are 34 cards tied up that way. is this a bug or am i in error.

You unlock them the same way you lock them, go to my cards and select the card and then unlock. which cards are you talking about? because if they are 7's you can only swap them for prizes and not trade for card points.
