I paid for my VIP9 Subscription renewal that has expired and you have removed the funds from the account. That has been verified by the bank and Paypal has also verified the transaction. I still have not received my subscription.
Now I know I'm supposed to fill out a trouble ticket, but I can't. So I need a Mods help because the trouble ticket reporting isn't working right either!!!! When I try to complete the ticket it will not allow me to select a character name and the capcha isn't working either.
I've attached a screenshot, as you can clearly see I have not received a renewal but your system is saying I have an active subscription. Can a Mod please help me get this issue resolved as quickly as possible? I want to recharge some diamonds but that isn't happening till this issue is corrected.
