Unsocketed gems disappear!!!!

After i get the reward equipment in tycoon i unsocket my gems in my old equip but the unsocketed gem are not in my inventory nor in the equip... Please fix the bug i want my gems back!!! Please make it quick too were in team tournament... Tnx in advance.... My server S187...

how can i provide SS its already lost if only i knew it will disappear then i'll take SS or vid before i unsocket

lesson learned: when you receive rewards or any of value...take screen shot wether it will disappear or not...coz r2 will always look for screenshots sir
