I want to know if this is bug or is it r2games taking another benefit of the game.
I send 12k voucher and get o return, or i'm missing something?

wont get vouchers in return if you bought all items at 50% discount. From your screenshot it looks thats the case ( refund for prize difference =0, under vouchers spend).
