Cross server team tournament

After refreshing today it said "Collected" on team round of the tournament even thou i was offline and never collected. Any way to get this actualy sent as its a event my group is in finals for and no reward was givin for the group stage that should have been?

heres a pic showing my team in 2nd place in our bracket, both rewards showing collected, my current warrior marks + everything u can buy to show i had no where to spend those 280 or w/e it is from the 2 packs (Let alone the gold ect)
