Team Tournament Bets

made 21 bets on team tournament on the 24th of September ended up winning 14 and losing 7 and only received 11 emails some about winning some losing. wondering did the rest get lost or what happened. got a total of 18 rare stone chests should have 35 coming by my count. what do I do to get the rest of them?

Team Tournament Wagers Reward Buged

So dont know , but after first round we got mail with wagers and it less then it should be, i got 34 boxes only, but counted where my bets won should got 38!!!! and didnt counted where i guessed wrong and +1 box with that, so it should been 40-50 after first 32 battles but not 34!! Plz check all, my guildmate got from 32 fights 30 wagers, so it doesnt make sense like even he failed all bets he should gotten 32 boxes!!
P.S. my guildmate said it gave 1 wagers for guess right and 0.5 wagers for wrong, check it !!
