Damage decreases in each round

My damage gets lower in each round until it finally gets insignificant. On top of that, after many MANY rounds the battle stopped and I lost, even though I wasn't losing. It only seems to be happening when I fight this player. Other unusual things happen when I fight him (in some battles his aquarius protects all his heroes every time), but this one is particularly annoying
