Different Santa shards?

Can someone clarify if there are 2 different santa outfits or is there a bug with the shards? the shards you get from the diamond shop say 100 needed to synth and the ones you get from the voucher shop say 250 to synth, but there is only 1 option in forge for the 100 shards to synth.
