Don't know how it should be but after +21 it just goes up level by level. No more breaktrough button.

I don't think so... i guess this is an endless game... without cap lvl and training for heroes... i guess that just the equip and angels are limited ...
Btw, i saw on a chinese server lv 94 player...

Cap is +27 for upgrade and +50 for training. In chinese server is the same (only difference is upgrade cap is +9 cause they get +1 skill per level instead of every 3 levels)
