Cross server Not Work

for second day Cross server not warking. Please fix this and i hope will have good compensation for that. last time when not work haven't compensation for that. In one day i make min 6000 honor points so for this 2 days i lose 12k points and my Emblems are Expired. Today i must renew but not points for that.
