No Quiz Icon , cannot collect rewards/prizes

There is no Angel Quiz Icon so i cannot collect any rewards from yesterday's rank and also total prize for today, can someone from mods help please. Thank you

I can still open the angel's quiz, I assume because I haven't refreshed since the issue occurred. Looking at the rank page, it seems pretty obvious what happened: The event got reset with a new event duration, from October 1st to October 4th.

Server 181 has the same problem, with Quiz being gone, and cannot collect rewards!

I also do not have the icon and cannot collect any rewards. People who were on at reset were able to collect..but those of us who logged in later were not.
