Access to events by level

I have an account on server 178 running lvl-40 paladin and I have a problem accessing events that are based off level. I have no tabs/picks to gain access to the Tidal Pool or Zodiac event. This has persisted for about two weeks (I do not play this account much). I have tried the account in IE, Chrome and Firefox but problem exists in each browser.

Any help would be appreciated.

have you completed the quests (not loop quests) that you get for the instances. Some of the tabs dont unlock till you complete the instance quest that goes with the leveling.

you are correct about opening of events... however it wont let me unlock them. I get "system not unlocked yet" message when I try to click tidal pool events .. the catch five fish and upgrade the poll.
