Tyrannosaur skill

I kinda figured that after getting Jungle Legacy buff (Tyrannosaur skill)
Instead of receiving less damage, I received more damages

can someone tell the devs if they mistook increase dmg reduction by 7% for increase dmg received by 7%

also, if some ppl can clarify if I'm mistaken or right it'd be really helpful
