What determines the winner in an event of a tie?

I just lost Domination because of the glitch with Vidar/Seraphs damage reduction they were able to heal back the damage I did and was able to survive until 30 turns ended. I had more hp, I'm a higher level, I had units left over that he didnt, I did more damage. I can't fathom what else could possibly decide who wins. All in all my biggest problem is that damage reduction glitch that STILL isn't fixed which allows this to happen in the first place. I don't care so much that I lost dom but more on the grounds of WHY I lost because of that glitch.

Either way, I agree this bug needs fixed or PvP is quite ruined for stronger players who have longer lasting battles.
