I am trying to compete in the Tycoon event and doing gemology for points, including those from collecting rewards in gemology. However, I am lost as to why my rewards are showing as collected even though I only have 1550 points at present for today. Please note time and date in the following picture.
Also you will note I can only collect Hot Events for the 1550 points and NOT for 20k points.
