How to change server with now playing main character???

How can i change server with this character i am playing now? How much it cost and can i choose server or i will get some near lvl server? i just asking if it is posible couse i am from europe and i am not playing on europe server and its hard to play all hot events after WB and WB couse it after 1am-WB and TC, Guintlet and dominatio is at 3:30am at my country time. thx for help

as of right now, i dont think there is any way to change your current character to a different server. the only option is to start new on a server that fits you better or keep playing on the one your on.

is there possibility to low my characters lvl on servers average lvl with armor and stuff in inventory or something like that?
