How to collect purgatory totem in abyss??

My rank in abyss reached up to 110 yesterday but i didn't received any purgatory totem or even gold. Please i need an advice how to earn this thing. SS below:

try look at once again when you have finished 101-105 and 105 -110 just like nightmare rune .

That's the problem Sir because after i finished 101-105 and 106-110 the collect bonus didn't pop-up. I got 12 stars and supposedly i can get gold only

Do you even know how abyss works? You did not get any purgatory totem because you didn't reach 20 star.

Do you even know how to read HELP ?? in nightmare even if you will not reached 20 star you can still get gold after 5 consecutive wins based on my previous fight. My point is i defeated 101-105 and 106-110 but the collect bonus didn't pop-up.

You said you got 12 star, the question is that 12 star from 101-105 or from 101-110, if it is only for 101-105 then you should get gold if did not you are bug but if it is from 101-110 then you did reach the cut off. For you to get gold you need to reach 10 star per 5 fights. 20 and 30 star per 5 fight will give you purgatory totem.
