dark screen issue om chrome and mozzila

hello im frm srcer s220 i was playing this game on my mozilla browser but the somyhng happened and it started hoing black screen aftr the gtarcade icon before the loading i used chrome same thng there but its working fine on opera but cant opn char coz the loading stops at 100 pls tell me wht to do hvnt opened my char since 2 days now<<<ohh and ive tried clearing all the browsing history and cookies

s210, cannot log in for 45 min. already any help

first it said lost connection with server, several times. than it said please reload. and now i'm trying to reload for almost one hour w/o any success

Edit1: Time for Team Arena and many people at this time do it and only get this screen
Edit2: The compensation not even work for what is lost, not count in Tycoon Y_Y, I was in Cross Server to 10 points for team win when in happend again

same here,cant login (was in the middle of cs) and loads and loads and then black screen,i missed TA cause of it which is not fair...you just fix it and give us a compensation that doesnt count in tycoon event...fix it already
