I'm currently experiencing that as well. I keep on refreshing and even logged out for a while, still nothing. And it happened at 1900h server time, just as World Boss started in my server (S36).*sighs*

well seen as though a stack of other servers are having the same issues WTG r2 you always manage to do the updates right at the most stupidist times but oh well i guess we wont be on here for a few hours like the last time this happened
