Alchemy broken, no free attempts

I'm on server s104 which was just merged. I am a VIP 8 and should have 9 free alchemy attempts but now I have none. On the main LOA screen there is the number 9 on the Alchemy icon. When I click on the Alchemy icon it shows that it will cost 10 diamonds. Others on my server have the same problem. Please fix, we need the gold and devotion points.
