all higher evo req. u have lower evo so u can't just skip to best mounts (also for money)

which is kind of stupid to me because what if you couldnt afford to get the mount evo you needed to get the one you really want? Or like some evo's what if theyre out so rarely by the time you get the evo you want you probably already got a better one.

You can find it in a certain special events, Capsule event, Fortune bag are few if i remember correctly.
