can not log in s210 east coast usa

yeah, just lost my connection to the server 5am, then cant log in anymore when i came back.

So far the only problem now is with S210 Fiery Citadel, no response from a staff member, get a ticket and say login problem to make know that there are people waiting

i put ticket on couple hours ago, no reply. usually they send formal reply by e-mail, this time i got nothing. 6 hours server down and not one moderator appeared to acknowledge the fact. they don't care.

Try switching the browser ,like frm chrom or mozilla to opera or Safari ,the black screen issue was solved using this method maybe itll help u

Servers were down for like 6-8h, for me, and it was global issue.

Hi, there were staff on responding on servers to the issues and we are the ones that got the techs called. It wasn't just R2games, it was all platforms. But the slams are not welcome in this forum. We are humans with a need to eat and sleep and live and work, there was compensation already issued in the game servers for the downtime and it was actually a very nice compensation. This thread is being closed now.
