Cross server - not going into the beggining of battle

It happened to me before and today it has happened even two times - system puts me in battle that has already started. It's like teams have 300-400 pts when I join. Last time when I joined opponet team was leading with 250 pts difference and my team had only 6 players (me including). After some time we got 7th player (Lolski) and of course we could do nothing :P
It just took time and energy to play lost battle.
Please fix that because you must admit it's highly unfair.

once i got in a battle in which the opponent team had almost 600 points and mine 30... i got 80 pts and left.

they shouldn't even let battle start unless both teams are full.
