When I go into battle BR drops

Spoke with the GM and was instructed to post a thread with screenshots concerning a problem. When I enter into a battle my BR drops. Can you please help?
Server - S221
Character - Pericles
Type - BR issue

yeah, bug that devs dont care much about, i have it on CS for weeks
