i recharged 5k dias today, and the prismatic wheel came up... why it didn't gave me any points for spins on dias..when it says its the recharge from 00:00-23:59 of 10/25/14?...please help...asap

So, I recharged right after the reset and four hours later Prismatic Wheel shows up. Why was I not credited spins for gems when I recharged today? Please credit me some spins for my recharge.

good luck! I submitted a ticket last time we had the wheel for same thing. Response was you only get 10 uses a day. Supplied pic and stated that wasnt the case. been another week and still haven't responded!
