Since the end of the angel chest event

i have been reporting that I have not received the first rank reward.

What's the problem and why haven't i received this reward till date?

Need a screenshot of the rankings page to see if you acquired 750 points during the event or not

He made thousands of points, got Sunniva and the new clothes. The problem is that when he filed a ticket and the bug was discovered they said they will send him his rewards within 24h hours and that was like 5 days ago and they are not yet received.

P.S. Sorry for jumping in, just want to help matter resolve quicker.

P.S. 2 Unicorn seems to have been given with update today.
