hello. my question is simple: if i don't recharge but pay a 1,000 fee do i still get the treats or will i have lost my diamonds??

you cant pay fee if you dont charge so

What do you mean by ''fee''? To get diamond rewards from the treasure event, you recharge with either cash or 1 single free dia transaction. You can't place dias you already have to use in the event, only new ones.
