Hallowen spirit reward bug

hi.i taked 2014-10-30 ~20-23h in server time 9lvl spirit reward,,Today 2014-10-31 23h server time i cant collect 10lvl reward...any answer's?

After taked 9lvl reward i buy mount and fairy..daily you can buy only 1 time..so if i buy yeaterday and now i can buy it again,so...i taked reward yeaterday too

it says you collected lvl 9 reward, only 1 reward can be collected per day, so if you get lvl 9 you cant get lvl 10

i writed when i collected 9lvl and when i tryed collect 10lvl..now i see how admin's work..
