Cross Server Closed Early

attempted to use my last CS turn at 12 minutes after 22:00 game time and it was closed and wouldn't let me play... Not happy that I lost out on my last attempt because the game didn't prepare for the time change.

The problem still exists after the time change. The server knows what time it is, why can't the events simply check the server time?
