Raiders - shards and synth progress have disappeared

I was synth all chests and had plenty of shards one had 17 when i went to check it as it was flashing i found it completely empty it was as if i had never played except for my points and the raiders icon had a timer going still i dont understand what happened we had an update could that have wiped it clean i have one shard now as i only had one attempt to raid left please help

Did the level of your raiders increase? if it did and you exited raiders, then when you reenter you will be on new level. Just change your level from the drop box at the top that say lvl 1, 2, or 3 to a previous level and see if your shards are there.
