Mystic 2nd Skill (Blackhole) Bug

Notice this for days now I thought it was visual bug but after days even after clearing cache and cookies nothing changed. When 2nd skill triggered only showing "Blackhole" but no movement and no damage made on opponent. Please check this.

I have asked others to compare me and result same, they saw that "Blackhole writtings but character made no movement and no damage at all.
