Mount Magic Broom bugged

Can the devs take a look at the mount Magic Broom
When casting it has to increase dodge by 10% but every time is cast i dodge less then without this mount.
When i use another mount i dodge a lot also.
But when i use Magic Broom and it cast it seems to lower the dodge instead of increase it.
I have ask several players on my server and they all have the same problem with this mount.

thinking the same here. It supposed to add up dodge but I don't see any different. Even with bunny the result instantly shows.

not sure if it reduce the dodge but at least it seems bugged for not adding any dodge at all
