Question about Daric Bargain event

Is it just me or is it kinda bugged because it seems like the same set of conditions for it being purchasable got duplicated?

It's kinda difficult to take a screenshot to show the problem...the thing I mentioned above looks like it's been doubled.

First set is recharge diamonds and buy the darics through the event panel. The second set is spend diamonds (anywhere) and buy the darics through the event panel.

Oh thanks for clearing that up...I thought they were both recharge.
