    VIP subscription does not count as a recharge,

    The way to recieve the 1st Recharge pack is recharge any amount listed (Minimum 500 diamonds)

    I'm pretty sure Vip doesn't count as a recharge.
    If you didn't recharged any dia's using money or from FREE tab, then it's obvious you didn't got the recharge pack.
