question about garden enslavement

when you have a player captive in your garden, does it automatically drain them of gold while they're captive or only when you use the extort tab?

1st of all, if you are enslaved, The opponent who enslaved you need to extort manually.
2ndly, When you are being enslaved, and your opponent extorted you, you will not lose any gold. I say again, You Will NOT Lose any Gold.
Lastly, Dont ever Try to escape from a guildies who enslaved you. You make them lose gold.
