Beach Treasure not working

Beach Treasure has not been working, whenever I go to beach Treasure all shells are already flipped and I have not even played it yet, it's like this every time the event is on

You see the prices offered, if you wish to play with those price click the start button, if you want another random draw click the refresh button...

there is no start button, there is only the refresh button on mine for some reasone

You need to refresh the rewards cuz the when all the rewards are already flipped it means you already finished that minigame during the last Beach treasure
