I had Jade still in my inventory just days before this new Alabaster event and mine too are now missing.. that is B.S. that something we earned would mysteriously come up missing in our accounts, and providing screen shots for something that already happened is impossible.

Ok Mister Moderator. Lets hear what you or someone higher from R2 say about this? I dont believe it a little that no Jade was deleted. Or was it a bug? Is someone checking that? Or did you/they just say doesnt care? And like a lot of people say how should we show screenshots if it happens already? Does that mean we need to make a screenshot of our Inventory every day or maybe more often a day just to be shure no things get lost? Sry but your answer didnt change anything.
Edit 1: No new answers from some officials. Lets see if we hear something about it within the next days. If not i say R2 has deleted them so no one gets this mount complete for free. Ok after a few days still no response from R2. With response i mean something like that they look if its a bug or something like that. So its clear for me they deleted the Jade of many players. Maybe they wanted to delete it from all players but because a few players have recognized it they stopped it. Did anyone know sites where R2 can be prunked or so? They really need some bad attention because of such ****.Comment

The Jade's don't dissapear all of a sudden from your inventory.
Jade's you've got during King Alabaster event should be in your inventory, they don't dissapear randomly.
Also, I am not so sure, but you can't use the Jade's from previous event to get a mount for free next time it appears.

i had my jades from before alabaster event vanish as well but now have 2xemerald sitting in inventory which i have no idea, where it came from. my guess is they turned the previous jades into the emerald. am i right or is the emerald just from something else?Comment

Before the Alabaster Event i had 2 jades. After the Event started and i saw you can get 1 Jade for free i thought nice i can get this mount. As i got the free Jade i tried to exchange and it sayed insuffiecent Jade or so. I looked in my Inventory and i only had 1 Jade. So where is this not dissapearing jade? But on R2 nothing wonders me anymore. More bugs then anything else. The casher line gets bigger and now such stuff.Originally posted by Gurothos View Post

Then the Jades gathered from a event and waiting to get a mount free from next one doesn't count.
If you have 2 Jade's saved from this event, waiting for 1 more to get a free mount next time, once you get a Jade from that event, the other 2 will dissapear ( not stacking I suppose, don't know what to say, however it's a move to pay for the mount, not to get it for free with a trick by gathering jade's. )

So it was auto deleted by a code within the game? With other words it was deleted so no one can get a free mount. I knew it. What comes next? Delete Enchantment Ore so you dont can use it for Tycoon? Or Maybe the Gemology Energy Cards? Like i said before. Lame in all meanings. I hope they suffocate to death on all the money!
