I do remember i have saved some Jades from previous events in my Inventory, however, after i collected 1 jade today from Hot event, those jades i saved from previous events in my inventory went missing. Please kindly do a check and mail me those jades back to both my accounts below before this King Alabaster event is over.
Sorry i don't have Screen Shot as i don't expect this to happen.
However, attached is the screen shot of my current inventory. As you can see, there is only 1 jade in both my account. Also you can see, I do saved a lot of other gems such as emerald, and sapphire, even 2 Glory Badges (for your reference of my statement "i do saved them").
