Skill Ranger Enlightened Arrow Bug ???

Can u tell me why sometime this Skill just give 23 damage to player or monster they say " deal damage equal to 15% of the max hp target " and this skill not work too at wb




if no bug just change this skill coz just duping ppl ... ty

It doesn't do damage to certain 'boss' mobs - e.g. world boss, gauntlet, maybe some spire / zodiac npcs - not sure about other ones since I don't play a ranger. Same reason why Virgo doesn't work against them, because being able to do %health damage would be terribly overpowered. I'd one-shot Fafnir if I could do 15% max health damage on a finishing move.

Not sure why it wouldn't be working on players. Never seen that happen before, but again, don't play a ranger.
