Cancel VIP pls

Hello,

Ive tried to enter a support ticket but it redirects me to the part where my problem is.
I want to cancel my VIP status. Ive tried to do it myself via tab vip in my account, but it sais pls activate email address first. The email address thats there has got a wrong extension (i used .nl instead of .com) so i am not able to activate it.
Pls cancel my vip for the next coming payment. Many thanks in advance.

You need to submit a ticket to Support Billing Staff.
