How to report an offensive player

Someone on the server was using racial insults, not really directing it at anyone, just offensive ranting. I took a screenshot and submitted it along with a support ticket.

1. The player is still active on the server. How can I tell if R2Games took any action against them? I got no confirmation for submitting the support ticket and nothing has been sent to my email account. I can't search for the ticket because I never got a ticket ID number in my email.

2. I see that people have posted screenshots here, along with their own player info. I am not sure I want to do that, but is it really the best way to get action?

fwiw, the word the player used was the one that is THE worst racial insult in US, and he used it multiple times. Pretty upsetting.

If you submited a ticket you should have gotten a ticket number.
Reply with it and I will relay it to a GM to have a look at it.

Okay, I resubmitted it and got an on-screen confirmation this time. Ticket 229315.

The player seems fine otherwise but it was really weird and disturbing and a warning would be a good idea. Thanks.

Ugg I take it back, he was referring to one specific player. The screen shot will make it clear enough.
