so since I own a crest of a hero which I got from house of cards and yes when I collected shard I do synth the crest why it says in recruit not own? so I can't recruit new hero? It's about valkyrie!

It's a visual bug - if you have the herosouls and the crest and click Recruit, you'll recruit the hero even though it says you don't own the crest.Comment

My issue is that I have 70 valkyrie crests in one group, and 3 groups of 10, equals 100. But in synth, only 70 shows. I sent a ticket but with the chinese holiday I have to wait. Anyone have any ideas?Comment

i have a similar problem,, i gather 120 astral hunter crest,, then i synth . when i try to recruit it says i dont have the crest. any idea why?Comment

All these heroes are from Astral Tavern, which has a visual bug ( and don't know if it can be fixed or not, I reported it many times but nothing done ).
Every other hero, will show that you do own the crest, so nothing stops you from recruiting Astral Hunter.
