    Tycon exchange

    Hello all, i play on merged server s90..this morning europe Timing i make exchange with styx angel icon going to open the chest that i get, after opening dragon soul chest game report me that i get 5000 orb but when i go to dragon soul i found nothing....is something wrong there...the notice of 5000 exp pack was noticed in white ...sorry in advance for disturbing you...

    Can I have a screen-shot with the problem?
    Also, are you sure you checked right?
    The orb can be seen when you check the " All " circle.
    Same it was with the dragon-soul orbs during Thanksgiving event.
    Try that and let me know, if not, would like a screen-shot to report it to the dev's.

      i can't Make you a screenshot i do the exchange this morning...only fter talking with my guild friends and ask them what supose to be 5000 orb i unterstand that i don't get it, and i open every char room to found but nothing,so i make same controll to dragon soul an i get only 208 soul essence and nothing else extra
