I searched and i don't see this upgrade function in forge. And so my question is, Can you upgrade from Imperial Gear to Advance Imperial Gear Directly? If yes, What materials is needed for the upgrade?

No you can't.
Imperial gear is for Vidar's blade ( lower tier of heroic gear set ).
Adv. Imperial gear is for Odin's blade ( higher tier of heroic gear set ).
You can choose wether to make a imperial or adv imperial, only difference is that for the first one it requires 30 souls, while for the second one requires 50. ( and let's not forget the item too. )
