My vip didn't renew and im trying to renew it and it says that vip is already active for this character my vip lvl is 5 and it was suppose to renew yesterday

Please submit a ticket here http://support.r2games.com/ about your billing vip issue and the post the ticket here so I can relay it to a GM to fix it.
