    Recharge bug "this is way too far"

    Yesterday i did 2 purchases of 4.99 usd$ and got only 500 diamonds, opened a ticket and got nothing, today i recharged 39.99 usd$ and got nothing. This is ********. I have all the printscreens and all the videos, so if your not going to give me my diamonds i'll report your site for fraud. U better give me my diamonds and an extra x2 diamonds for the issues, and u better give me the first pace adv.prive in my mail, cause i was on the first place. So u better do something fast!!! This is not the first time your stupid game is draining my money!
    Fix this right now and i need compensations in my mail!!!

    If you submited a ticket already and have in it all the screen-shots you've put here, please give me the ticket number so I can relay it to a GM to have a look on it.
