Diamonds not received, Customer support unaivalable

Firstly, I am probably going to get knocked out of tycoon top 3 because my diamonds wont go through, secondly when trying to report the problem it wont let me select a character on my server to file a support ticket.

This is absolutely horrendous, what is going to be done about it.

What do you mean it won't let you select a character on your server? Are you sure you are logged into the correct account? May I have a screenshot?
