    account recovery

    Hi! my friend lost his facebook account(some how got hacked and changed email so he cant get it back).
    he used his facebook account to logg into r2 and play so he dont have any r2 account. can u please help him recover his lost account? His char name is : Anh Tuan server 69.

    Tell him to submit a ticket with his problem and post the number ( or you ) so I can relay it to the dev's.

      he lost his account how can he do submit a ticket? he used to use his facebook to logg in, ut now its got hacked and he has no way to recover it are the other ways?

        He can file a ticket at support.r2games.com and use an email address he has access too, they will ask him to provide proof of ownership.
